What I did was I separated each layer of the carving into different pieces in MS Paint, and then stacked them on top of each other in Photoshop. That allowed me to make a realistic 3D looking carving with Bevel and Emboss, and texture. I would have just reloaded this onto the last deviation, but four people already favorited the other one, and I don't want to change it in case somebody actually likes the other one better. And this one only took two hours! Better to do it in the morning when I'm fresh, I guess. This is...assumedly, I don't remember the manga very well, the circle to make the Philosopher's Stone. It would make sense, because the opposite triangles on either side are likely fire and water, corresponding with the sun and the moon, which as opposites, come together to perfect a stone. |
